Constitution, From at VF:  Aims of the group

I wanted to create a group for Writing/Literary Work that wasn't for the evaluation of completed work or merely the opportunity to publish.

(There are many groups that already do that  on the net ,

 and I can recommend some of them)

This group is for WORK IN PROGRESS. You may post finished writings but be warned, IT WILL GET CRITIQUED AND DISCUSSED. So if you wish no one to give ideas on improving it, do not post it please. It will only cause problems.

I also wanted to keep the group fairly small, so that there is the chance to work closely with a group of people and fire ideas off each other.

In the event this ever becomes popular I intend to split off new "Brood"

(Brood to BB on VF) (Brood to Identity Only on Myspace)

from this one to keep numbers small.

The other aim is to provide a point of information. (Literary contest, where to submit work, what to expect)
 

You must evaluate as well as post, a piece of work should preferably create a *discussion*.

DO NOT do mass invites (Search and Spam), Invite people who you think will get something out of this group. We do not mean to be a HUGE group.

If after a while it happens, so be it. But we would like it to happen naturally.
Evaluations should be *polite*, the aim is to generate ideas NOT drama.

As For Activity: Hopefully reasonably high, but you won't be thrown out for inactivity. (We all have lives)
In the event of a lot of "Sleepers" a new "Brood" will be split off for active members.

Bootable offenses:

-Flaming & Spam.
-Offensive Material (That's *Offensive* not *Challenging*)
Critiquing PEOPLE and not their writings.
-Off Topic Posts (Not following the theme of a thread.)
-Taking credit for someone else's writing. (If you use someone else's writings please give them credit. It's only fair.)

As Owners/Administrators we do not claim to be Gods. Nor do we think our writing is perfect. We are merely people who enjoy writing and decided to have a cult dedicated to the improvement and progression for other people who enjoy writing. Thank you
